I used to love this store and the staff used to be really helpful but now you can not even get a greeting out of them when you go up to the counter. Rather disappointing experience, I miss how the store used to be with great conversations about books with the staff. At least the store itself still has a great selection of books!

Great staff, interacted with my daughter about books she was reading and were very polite. Store is a bit overstocked and a lot of books are displayed sideways to fit all the stock in. But it's a smaller shop and they seem to be trying to fit everything.

Have given this store a good go, but I’m sorry the customer service is terrible. Have come in on two seperate occasions, and each time have been spoken to VERY rudely and treated in a pretentious manner. Will not come again.

A few days ago I entered the store to look for a specific item, there was no one to ask because the staff where to busy chatting away. I went in again today, two staff members were behind the counter on their phones. I was not greeted, I asked a question about the price of a book and was spoken to rudely. Staff resumed playing on their phones and did not even raise their heads when I left the store. I go to dymocks for customer service, didn’t receive any. May aswell just order my books online.

Great selection of books. Didn't have the one i was after, but looked up on computer and advised me that it was out of print and unavailable. Pleasant staff...very helpful and obliging.

Staff here are great, Erin helped me find exactly what i was looking for and had great suggestions. The book she suggested has been easy to get buried in.
